We Heart 40+ Years Old Woman!

From CBS 60 Minutes - Andy Rooney

As I grow in age, I value women over 40 most of all.

Here are just a few reasons why:

A woman over 40 will never wake you in the middle of the night and ask,
"What are you thinking?"
She doesn't care what you think.

If a woman over 40 doesn't want to watch the game,
she doesn't sit around whining about it.
She does something she wants to do, and it's usually more interesting.

Women over 40 are dignified.
They seldom have a screaming match with you at the opera
or in the middle of an expensive restaurant.
Of course, if you deserve it, they won't hesitate to shoot you
if they think they can get away with it.

Older women are generous with praise, often undeserved.
They know what it's like to be unappreciated.

Women get psychic as they age.
You never have to confess your sins to a woman over 40.

Once you get past a wrinkle or two,
a woman over 40 is far sexier than her younger counterpart.

Older women are forthright and honest.
They'll tell you right off if you are a jerk if you are acting like one.
You don't ever have to wonder where you stand with her.

Yes, we praise women over 40 for a multitude of reasons.
Unfortunately, it's not reciprocal.

For every stunning, smart, well-coiffed, hot woman over 40,
there is a bald, paunchy relic in yellow pants
making a fool of himself with some 20-year old waitress.

Ladies, I apologize.
For all those men who say,
"Why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free?",
here's an update for you.
Nowadays 80% of women are against marriage.
Why?
Because women realize it's not worth buying an entire pig
just to get a little sausage!

Demi Moore looks good than ever in her 40's

Note: Happy Mother's Day to all woman in the world especially the one that is looking good and smoking hot in the "mature" age!

Do You Want to be A Mermaid or A Whale?

Recently, in a large city in  Australia ,
a poster featuring a young, thin and tan woman appeared in the window of a gym.
It said, "This summer,
Do you want to be a mermaid or a whale?"

A middle-aged woman,

whose physical characteristics did not match those of the woman on the poster,
responded publicly to the question
posed by the gym.

To Whom It May Concern,
Whales are always surrounded by friends (dolphins, sea lions, curious humans.)

They have an active sex life,
get pregnant and have adorable baby whales.
They have a wonderful time with dolphins stuffing themselves with shrimp.

They play and swim in the seas,
seeing wonderful places like Patagonia ,
the Bering Sea
and the coral reefs of Polynesia .
Whales are wonderful singers
and have even recorded CDs.
They are incredible creatures

and virtually have no predators
other than humans.
They are loved, protected and admired
by almost everyone in the world.

Mermaids don't exist.

If they did exist,
they would be lining up outside the offices
of Argentinean psychoanalysts
due to identity crisis. Fish or human?
They don't have a sex life
because they kill men who get close to them, not to mention how could they have sex?
Just look at them ... where is IT?
Therefore, they don't have kids either.
Not to mention,
who wants to get close to a girl who smells
like a fish store?

The choice is perfectly clear to me:

I want to be a whale.

P..S. We are in an age

when media puts into our heads
the idea that only skinny people are beautiful, but I prefer to enjoy an ice cream with my kids, a good dinner with a man who makes me shiver, and a piece of chocolate with my friends.
With time, we gain weight
because we accumulate so much information and wisdom in our heads
that when there is no more room,
it distributes out to the rest of our bodies.
So we aren't heavy,

we are enormously cultured,
educated and happy.
Beginning today,

when I look at my butt in the mirror I will think, ¨Good grief, look how smart I am!¨

Zen Teachings

1.  Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. Do not walk beside me for the path is narrow.. In fact, just piss off and leave me alone.

2.  Sex is like air. It's not that important unless you aren't getting any.

3.  No one is listening until you fart.

4.  Always remember you're unique. Just like everyone else.

5.  Never test the depth of the water with both feet.

6.  If you think nobody cares whether you're alive or dead, try missing a couple of mortgage payments.

7.  Before you criticise someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticise them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

8..  If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you.

9.  Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach him how to fish, and he will sit in a boat and drink beer all day.

10. If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably well worth it.

11. If you tell the truth, you don't have to remember anything.

12. Some days you are the dog,  some days you are the tree.

13. Don't worry; it only seems kinky the first time.

14. Good judgment comes from bad experience ... and most of that comes from bad judgment.

15. A closed mouth gathers no foot.

16. There are two excellent theories for arguing with women. Neither one works.

17. Generally speaking, you aren't learning much when your lips are moving.

18. Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

19. We are born naked, wet and hungry, and get slapped on our arse - then things just keep getting worse.

20. Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.

We Are Our Own Angel and Demon

My daughter asked me yesterday, "Who am I?", I am thinking of the correct answer to give her. She being half Malay and Indian looks more Indian on the feature and more Malay on the attitude. That is what I thought I should answer.

I think twice.

Few weeks back everytime I read news or watch TV, I feel shivers on my spine. People are fighting over religions and racism issues, here and there they parade on strikes over burning of Quran or Bible, people are protesting the construction of mosque or the demolishing of the temple. Everyone have their own saying. Everyone think that they have their rights and they are better than the others. But everyone forget that we are infact all human.

I am enthusiast to talk about the US Pastor, Terry Jones with his gimmick to burn Quran and cancelled it not long after that, or about the Islamophobic issues of building a religious center in Ground Zero, Manhattan. But I dare not. My country even small have our own racism issues that we have to deal with. I can just close my eyes or deafen my ears like always everytime I face this issues but I think we have enough of that. We are our own angel and demon. It is true that human are born capable of things. We have the power of mind and words and we are all well aware of that. But it seems like we human always take these two lightly. Resulting in war, riots and worse people being killed. It is not people known by us. But what if it is? Will we think about it more deeply then of our action?

Lets not go too far, let just look around us. I have this blogger friend of mine, she is just 16. Still in school. She added me on my facebook after been following my blog. Lastweek she posted on her wall that Malays are pig. I were shaken to read it. She watched this clip about a guy being hit and run by Malay guy. Later on few peoples commenting on the post and fighting over the races. Sadly all are so young. Where are these youngsters learn how to be so pessimistic on races. Thus, we all our own angel and demon.

It is true that the kindest word of all is the unkind word remain unsaid. Religions teach us to be careful on the acts and words of our ownself. It is weird when people talking loudly on prejudism or racism in the name of religion whereby no religion ever promote it. In Quran clearly stated, "O mankind! We created you from a male and a female and made you into nations and tribes that you may know and honor each other (not that you should despise one another). Indeed the most honorable of you in the sight of God is the most righteous." Chapter 49, Verse 13 and clearly we do not force others to believe what they do not believe; "In the name of Allah, The Most Merciful, The Most Beneficent, For me is my religion, and for you is your religion" (Al-Kafiroun: 6). Hence, we are in fact our own angel and demon.

My daughter asked me again today; "Who am I?", after her friend's parents refused her to play in their house because she is not one of them. After long pause, I said, "Asked your friend to come and play here then. In our house. I don't mind, we are all Malaysian. I see you and I see them as kids. You are all the same to me. And you, you are what you think you are. If you think that you are Malay then you are one. If you think that you are Indian, nobody can't say you are not, because in the end all of us just going the same way".

Maybe she doesn't understand what I mean. Yet. But I am thankful for the power of mind and words bestowed on me. I am thankful for the country that I share with others but still able to breathe the fresh air. I am thankful for the history lesson I learned in school that war doesn't solve anything and if you blind your eyes on the colours of the skin, the origins of people, something great can be work out together.

Maybe next time when people get into trouble in the news, instead of asking whether they are Malay or Chinese or Indian, I will ask are they fine? Maybe next time when people write racism article I will just delete it instead of pass it to others like rubbing salt to open wound, Maybe next time instead of saying I am Malay, I will say I am Malaysian. For the end of the day, I am the one who can decide to make this world better or to ruin it, for in the end heaven is the place on earth, for in the end I am the angel and the demon.

Imagine there's no Heaven, It's easy if you try, No hell below us, Above us only sky, Imagine all the people, Living for today, Imagine there's no countries, It isn't hard to do, Nothing to kill or die for, And no religion too, Imagine all the people, Living life in peace, You may say that I'm a dreamer, But I'm not the only one, I hope someday you'll join us, And the world will be as one, Imagine no possessions, I wonder if you can, No need for greed or hunger, A brotherhood of man, Imagine all the people, Sharing all the world - John Lennon : Imagine
